Group & Team Training

Each member of a team plays an integral role in its overall success. As a group, the team must have a cohesive flow and know how to maximize their potential as a unit. The benefit of working in a group is that you have a variety of individuals with different strengths, and when each member of the team is maximizing their unique abilities, the team can reach its full potential.

We work with teams to help them identify the areas where their performance could be improved, and provide them with resources to help them access their peak performance. We also teach group leaders tangible methods to help them empower and facilitate change.

Performance Consultations for High School Athletes

Mental Performance Consultation for high school athletes combines counseling, sport science, and performance principles in a systematic way to assist with the enhancement of psychological functioning and, ultimately, sport performance. Mental performance consultants work with individual athletes, teams, coaches, and other staff to meet sport challenges. They focus on performance enhancement (i.e., developing and building new mindsets, skills, and behaviors to improve performance) and performance restoration (i.e., addressing disruptions and barriers to re-establish optimal performance potential).
