Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, and other conditions. It involves being guided through standardized protocols, which allow your brain to reprocess and heal from past experiences or future fears. Results are often achieved rapidly and are effective long-term. Laurel, Miranda, Sydney, and Brittney are available for this service.
The WBS’s team now offers an intensive therapy option that integrates modalities, which may include EMDR therapy, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, energy work, and nature walks in a concentrated fashion. Programs are designed to meet the individual’s needs and time constraints. This option is often ideal for those who commute to therapy or those with more severe symptoms that inhibit their daily functioning.
